Fillings and Frostings:
Frostings can be used as a cake filling (between the layers of cake) as well as a cake covering (what you’d see on the outside of the cake). Fillings on the other hand, can only be used in between layers as they do not have as strong of a consistency as frostings. We have an extensive list of fillings and frostings.
